Course Information
This course examines the behavioral and physiological effects of psychoactive drugs, as well as neurobiology and neurochemistry, to understand how the effects of psychoactive drugs on the mind and behavior are mediated by the brain. Pharmacological treatments and biochemical theories of addiction and mental disorders will also be examined and discussed.
